Arthur D. Calfee, Founder
Arthur has 60 years of experience in the insurance industry. He worked in the Boston claims office of the Boston Old Colony Insurance Company from 1960 to 1966, when he moved to Falmouth. After 14 years with a local agency, he opened his own in 1980, purchased the Everitt W. Noyes Insurance Agency in North Falmouth in 1988, and the Gordon W. Bryden Insurance Agency in 1990. Today the agency serves more than 500 businesses and more than 3,500 individuals throughout Massachusetts and beyond.
Arthur was named the town’s “Outstanding Citizen of the Year” by the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, an honor recognized by citations from the State Senate and House of Representatives, and has received the Falmouth Heritage Award.
Davidson O. Calfee, President & Owner
Born and raised on Cape Cod, an Eagle Scout, and a hotel & restaurant management graduate, Davidson was honored by Cape & Plymouth Business with a “40 Under 40” award on June 16, 2010. He learned about home and flood insurance firsthand — through Tropical Storm Allison in Houston in 2001, and when Hurricane Katrina destroyed his coastal home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2005.
Today he and his wife, Keli, lead the agency together, balancing innovation with tradition and treating every client as part of the Calfee family.
